The Management Board of the company trading as "Elektromontaż - Poznań" Spółka Akcyjna, with its registered office in Poznań (the "Divided Company"), hereby announces that, as a result of the planned division of the Divided Company, into a company operating under the name Budimex Inwestycje “Grunwald” Spółka Akcyjna with its registered office in Poznań, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register under KRS number 0000603895 (“Acquiring Company”), an organisationally and financially separate business unit of the Divided Company, constituting an organised part of the enterprise conducting activities in the field of property management and letting, will be transferred.
In connection with the intended division, and having regard to the provisions of Article 535(3) 3 of the Commercial Companies Code, the Plan for the division of “Elektromontaż - Poznań” Spółka Akcyjna, with its registered office in Poznań, agreed between the Management Boards of the companies participating in the division, is hereby made public.
