Fiqus Marcelin is a building comprising 250 residential units, an underground car park and retail and service space on the ground floor. According to the developer, who is also our client – Nickel Development – the complex will also feature multifunctional communal areas: three viewing and leisure terraces on the cascading roofs, a green internal patio and a communal living room – a space for work and leisure.
As part of the contract, Elektromontaż Poznań will carry out a complete set of plumbing and HVAC installations, including connections.
Completion of the works is scheduled for early 2023.
