Campus Forest, an eco-friendly project by the Slovakian developer HB Reavis, will consist of a 120-metre-tall skyscraper alongside adjacent buildings ranging from 6 to 8 storeys in height.
Nearly 78,000 m² of space will be allocated to offices, catering facilities, retail units and a public green courtyard, where around 200 trees and the same number of shrubs will be planted. The complex will be clad in energy-efficient solar control glass with a special triple silver coating, which will ensure a clear view and optimal thermal comfort for employees. Green roof terraces, which will allow for vegetable cultivation and also serve as a comfortable outdoor relaxation area, along with all the pro-environmental solutions, make Forest one of the ‘greenest’ projects in Poland, certified under the international BREEAM, BREEAM Communities and WELL schemes.
Elektromontaż Poznań, under a contract signed with HB Reavis Construction, will carry out the high-voltage electrical installations for the so-called Phase I of the campus construction.
The planned completion date is August 2021.
