In January this year, we signed a contract to install high-voltage electrical systems in a new office and retail complex – the future headquarters of the ALLEGRO Group

Zawartość

The building, named PIXEL, will be one of five forming the Grunwaldzka Cluster, a complex of modern office buildings in Poznań. The total floor area of the planned development will be 50,000 m².

The building currently under construction, with a total area of 33,000 m², will accommodate around 1,200 people.
The office building is to be fully eco-friendly – featuring, for example, rainwater in the toilets and mandatory waste sorting. In the building, where half the space is to be leased by ALLEGRO to other companies, there will also be space for a crèche, a nursery and a restaurant, in addition to the offices. An interesting feature will be the publicly accessible green terraces and rooftop gardens.

The three underground floors will have almost the same floor area as the seven above-ground floors. This is because the outline of the underground car park extends significantly beyond the walls of the visible, above-ground part of the building.

On behalf of the Main Contractor – BUDIMEX S.A. – we will carry out a complete set of high-voltage installations, including, amongst others: MV power supply, lighting installations, power supply lines, and 0.4 kV main switchboards.
The value of the work carried out by our company on this project will amount to almost PLN 4.8 million.
