The Management Board of the company trading as “Elektromontaż-Poznań” S.A., with its registered office in Poznań (hereinafter: “the Company”), acting pursuant to § 14a of the Company’s Articles of Association and Article 349 of the Commercial Companies Code, and based on the consent granted by the Company’s Supervisory Board by Resolution No. 3/2023 of 13 March 2023, hereby announces that it has decided to pay the Company’s Shareholders an interim dividend in respect of the dividend anticipated at the end of 2022, allocating for this purpose the sum of PLN 10,000,000 (ten million zlotys), i.e. approximately PLN 0.32 (thirty-two groszy) per share, with payments to individual Shareholders to be rounded appropriately in accordance with their shareholding in the Company.
The date on which the preliminary financial statements forming the basis for the calculation of the interim dividend were prepared is 31 December 2022; the record date for shareholders entitled to the interim dividend against the expected dividend for 2022 is 21 April 2023, and the expected date of payment of the interim dividend is 28 April 2023.
