On 28 January 2025, a final agreement was signed for the sale of 100% of the shares in Elektromontaż – Poznań S.A. to SPIE Polska sp. z o.o., a holding company belonging to the SPIE Group.
The SPIE Group is an independent European leader in multi-technical services in the energy and data transmission sectors. Within the group’s structure, Elektromontaż – Poznań has become part of the SPIE Central Europe group, which operates in Poland, the Czech Republic, Hungary and Slovakia, employing a total of over 4,000 staff.
Within Poland, the company is one of six organisational units whose activities are primarily focused on supporting the transformation of the energy sector, improving the energy performance of buildings, and contributing to the sustainable development of cities and regions. These include:

- SPIE Energotest
- SPIE Stangl Technik
- SPIE Nexotech
and now also Elektromontaż – Poznań.
