The 26th edition of the National Young Electricians’ Days (ODME) took place in Poznań from 6 to 8 November 2025, a prestigious event organised since 1997 on the initiative of students affiliated with various branches of the Association of Polish Electrical Engineers. This year’s meeting, whose theme was: “When will the lights go out? System stability in the era of distributed generation and electromobility”, was hosted for the third time in the capital of Greater Poland.
Thanks to cooperation with the SEP Club at Poznań University of Technology, the SPIE Group was invited to participate in the event as one of the Patrons. The ODME programme included numerous lectures, expert talks, practical workshops and a job fair. The SPIE Group was represented by two companies: SPIE Elektromontaż Poznań and SPIE Energy Poland.
The stands of both Group companies attracted considerable interest from students from many technical universities across Poland. Participants had the opportunity to learn about the companies’ activities, areas of specialisation and career development opportunities.
